04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

hibajje currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods accepted on the platform. hibajje does not accept cash, bank transfers, or any cryptocurrency at this time.

Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
  • Deposits are credited to your hibajje account instantly in the vast majority of cases.
  • hibajje does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • hibajje reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before crediting a deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
  • hibajje does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Mobile banking provider fees may apply.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. In some cases, additional verification may be required, which can extend processing time.
  • hibajje reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud.
  • Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed.

Important: Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger an account review.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

hibajje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account.

If hibajje determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on hibajje use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The RNG systems used by hibajje's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories.

Each game on hibajje has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Malfunction Policy

07 Prohibited Conduct

Voluntary Account Closure

Self-Exclusion

hibajje's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
